1. Service
The app analyzes photos and notes to provide likely stamp identification, collector context, estimated value information, and related AI-assisted explanations.
Results are informational estimates. The service does not provide official authentication, certification, expertizing, grading, or appraisal.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos and text you submit and for decisions you make using a result.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Consult a qualified specialist before buying, selling, insuring, altering, or disposing of a potentially valuable stamp.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Current prices, trials, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Manage or cancel through the relevant store account.
4. Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Savuko. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the limited processing needed to provide the service.
5. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every stamp can be identified or that every detail, catalog clue, condition observation, or estimated range is complete or correct.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Savuko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a result.
7. Free web tools
Each free tool is limited to one model analysis per visitor every rolling 24 hours, with shared burst and capacity controls. Results are preliminary research guidance, not authentication, expertizing, grading, appraisal, forgery detection, conservation advice, or a guarantee of value.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when these Terms are violated. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
