1. Information we process
The app may process photos you take or upload, identification results, collector notes, and AI chat messages so the requested features can work and your saved scans can remain available.
- We do not require a user account for the core app experience.
- If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
- The website uses cookieless, privacy-conscious analytics to measure page visits and store-button clicks. We also use self-hosted Umami to measure page views, button clicks, QR referrals and tool interactions without sending uploaded photos, entered text, names or email addresses.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide stamp identification, saved collection, follow-up chat, app reliability, purchase access, abuse prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and deletion
Saved scans and related app content are retained so you can revisit them. You can delete scans, chats, or available stored data using the controls provided in the app. Retention may also be limited by service, legal, security, or backup requirements.
4. Service providers and purchases
The app may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process requested features. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy terms. We do not receive full payment-card details.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. You can also manage subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.
6. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
7. Free web tools
When you use a free photo tool, your browser prepares the photo and Cloudflare Images validates it. Replicate processes the photo and optional notes temporarily. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect bots, and IPLocate may assess network risk. Upstash Redis stores expiring HMAC-hashed quota data and scan job state for up to ten minutes, including input fields, a temporary Replicate image address and private catalogue context. This website does not store your photo in Redis or R2.
